Hi, I’m Sian!
Founder of SŌMA · Nutritionist · Movement & Mindset Coach and the creator of SŌMA: a philosophy and lived practice rooted in embodiment, nervous system safety, and coming home to the body.
Integrity sits at the centre of everything I do. That’s why my work is about getting to the root & not chasing quick fixes or surface-level change.
My approach to fitness and nutrition is deeply human, blending structure with softness, discipline with compassion, and transformation with safety.
SŌMA is an invitation to build strength, nourishment, and self-trust from the inside out and to become the woman who feels at home within herself.
