WHY SŌMA?
This isn’t just another wellness retreat. This is a pattern interruption for women who know they are for more but don’t want to force their way there anymore.
SŌMA comes from the Greek word meaning the living body. The place where feeling, intuition, and presence live. The place we learned to leave in order to survive and the place we must return to in order to feel whole again.
The SŌMA Retreat is an invitation to come home to yourself. Combining soft grounding practices with strength through the integration of fitness and nutrition. meant
This is a space to be free, to cry, smile, reflect, create, to notice the patterns in your life you’re ready to change, to evolve, learn, grow, and build with a community of like-minded women.
A place to reconnect with your body, your gut, intuition, values and your truth.

MEET YOUR HOST
Founder of SŌMA · Nutritionist · Movement & Mindset Coach
Sian is the creator of SŌMA a philosophy and lived practice rooted in embodiment, nervous system safety, and coming home to the body.
With a background in nutrition, strength training, mindset work, and internal healing, Sian guides women out of performance and into presence. Her work is grounded, honest, and deeply human blending structure with softness, discipline with compassion, and growth with safety.
Sian is known for creating spaces where women feel seen, not fixed. Where confidence is built through alignment, not aesthetics. Where the body is treated as a home not a problem to control.
These retreats are a reflection of her own journey:
from pushing → to listening
from doing more → to feeling deeper
from surviving → to inhabiting her life fully
SŌMA is not something Sian teaches. It is something she lives and these retreats are an invitation to experience it together.
